HOW OFTEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR A MEMBERSHIP?
We have four membership options:
$1 trial is for 2 days of unlimited access, and then $29.90 per month until canceled.
$29.90 for 30 day access renews every 30 days until canceled.
$59.90 for 90 day access renews every 90 days until canceled.
$94.80 for 365 day access is a one time payment and and does not renew.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD VIDEOS TO MY COMPUTER?
First go to the scene that you would like to download.Then scroll down and select the format you want to download by right clicking the link and selecting « Save Target As » (Save Link As if you are using FireFox instead of Internet Explorer). A box asking you where you would like to download the movie to will appear. Select the destination of the file and click save.
For users with a slower connections such as dial-up, you might want to try going to the segmented video clips instead of the full length video link. The movies are cut up into 5 minute segments so that downloads are a little faster due to the smaller file size.
I CAN HEAR THE AUDIO, BUT I CAN’T SEE ANY VIDEO. HOW DO I FIX THIS?
It is most likely due to the fact that you are missing the DivX codec on your PC. You can download it for free from DivX’s official site here. Once downloaded, install it and restart your computer. You should then be able to play the movies you downloaded without a problem.
WHY CAN’T I LOG IN?
There are a few possible reasons. Make sure your membership hasn’t expired yet. It’s also possible that you are using the wrong username/password combination. Check your purchase confirmation email that was sent to you when you originally signed up. All of your login info will be in that email. Check your junk/spam folder if you are using a web based email service such as Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail since they sometimes mistakenly send our emails there.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, HOW DO I RETRIEVE IT?
In order to obtain your password, you can contact us by using the form below, agents are available 24/7. You can also visit https://support.ccbill.com/ or http://segpay.com/ or https://epoch.com/. You will then be asked to provide both your username and e-mail address and once completed, your password will be e-mailed back to you.
If you cannot remember your username in addition to your password and no longer have the confirmation e-mail from the original sign-up, please contact us and we will be more than happy to provide you with your password or any other login information once your membership can be confirmed.

HOW CAN I CONFIRM MY MEMBERSHIP IS CANCELED?
Upon canceling your membership, a confirmation e-mail is automatically sent to the e-mail that was used for the initial sign-up.Since many web-based e-mail providers such as Hotmail, Gmail or Yahoo occasionally mistake confirmation e-mails as spam or junk, please be sure to verify in the spam/junk folders in order to ensure that the confirmation e-mail was indeed received.
